Anti Racism Statement

At CRASAC, we stand united against racism, recognising the unique intersectionality that women may face. We are dedicated to cultivating an inclusive and safe space where women of all races and ethnicities thrive free from discrimination, where their voices are heard, respected, and treated equitably. 

We condemn racism in all its forms and affirm our commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for survivors of sexual violence. Our organisation is dedicated to dismantling systemic inequalities and ensure survivors from all backgrounds receive the compassion, support and justice they deserve.

As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion we will be implementing comprehensive anti-racism training for our staff and introducing a new anti-racism policy. By equipping our team with the necessary tools to recognise and combat racism, we strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
