Do you feel safe at work?

Three quarters of the population will experience sexual harassment in their lifetime. A recent government report revealed that almost 30% of those surveyed had experienced some form of sexual harassment at their place of work in the last 12 months. 

Many employers struggle to implement policies that sufficiently protect workers from sexual harassment.  

An integrated approach to training which recognises unacceptable behaviours and effectively manages reports of such behaviours, is key to creating a safe working environment for all.
